    CXZ-B high-speed air jet loom
    The CXZ-B high-speed air jet loom is researched, developed and improved based on Japanese Tsudakoma ZAX type air jet loom and is the most advanced air jet loom in China. The loom features advanced technology, wide range of fabric varieties, high linear speed, and high environmental performance, is the most advanced weaving equipment for replacing the rapier and shuttle looms, and provides the reliable guarantee for the technical innovation of the textile industry, increasing of exporting of the garment materials and bedding fabric, and participation in competition in the international market.
    Main technical characteristics:
    1. Energy saving: The CXZ-B high-speed air jet takes energy saving into complete and deep consideration. The eccentric rockshaft with the small inertia moment and the hollow steel reed are adopted, and the load in power oil bath is reduced, so that the performance of energy saving is exerted. Moreover, every two auxiliary nozzles are equipped with one solenoid valve, and the air channel is shortened to the maximum extent, so that the air consumption (compared with that of the original loom) is reduced by about 10%, and the low-pressure weft insertion facilitating the weft yarns is realized.
    2. Full weaving support: The CXZ-B high-speed air jet loom adopts the weave navigation system which integrates the international most advanced weave experience and the professional technology. Through the simple input on the navigation keyboard, the weave with the professional technical level can be realized easily. Even in the running process of the loom, the system can correctly guide the loom to be in the optimum running state.
    3. Excellent super high speed performance and low vibration: High speed performance is the task of the air jet loom. Through the complementary effects of the most reasonable weave geometry, the beating-up mechanism with high balance, the weft insertion system with the highest level in the word and the newly designed tough rack structure, the CXZ-B high-speed air jet loom ensures that the shedding actions of the warp yarns are smooth and avoids the mutual contradiction of the super high speed performance, low vibration and energy saving perfectly.
    4. Extremely simple and convenient operation: The CXZ-B high-speed air jet loom is required to have the excellent operability to realize high-efficiency weaving and production.
