- Detailed introduction：
This machine is commonly erected between mixer and chute feeder in blowroom.It is surtable for further opening and de-dusting of rarious kinds of raw cotton,cotton type chemical fiber,long and medium fiber below 76mm for next process.
It is mounted with photocell switch at the side of chute feeder for controlling feed amount form previous machine to ensure material height inside upper chute feeder.
De-dusting mechanism adopts carding segments and mote knifes with good dust excluding efficlency,upper feed roller and gill beater are made by al-alloy,featured with light weigth and beautiful appearance.
Feed roller speed is controlled by inverter.
Continuous feed apopts PID and analogue calculation for option.
